You are able to book online through our website, by calling our friendly team. 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 11:00AM for sites and 2:00PM for cabins, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact reception in advance to check availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking type. Please refer to our Booking Terms & Conditions on our website for full details.

Do you require a deposit when booking?

Can I book a specific cabin or site number?

We do our best to accommodate requests for specific cabins or sites, but allocations are subject to availability. Please contact us if you'd like to reserve a specific cabin or site number.

We offer caravan sites, suitable for campervans, and caravans, as well as powered and unpowered camping sites suitable for tents.

Do your caravan sites have power and water connections?

Yes, all powered sites include electricity and access to water.

Can I have a campfire at my site?

No, open fires are not permitted due to safety regulations.

Are BBQs available for campers and caravan guests?

Yes, we have free BBQ facilities available throughout the park.

Is there a camp kitchen available for use?

Yes, our camp kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, sinks, and seating areas.

Do I need to book a campsite in advance?

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

What size are your caravan sites? Will my large caravan fit?

We have a variety of site sizes to accommodate different caravan lengths. Let us know your caravan size when booking to ensure the best fit.

Are there dump points available for caravans?

Yes, a dump point is available for guest use within the park. View our park map so see where in-park the dump point is located.

Are generators allowed in the park?

No, generators are not permitted.

Is there a limit to the number of people per campsite?

Yes, there are site occupancy is capped at 6 people per site. 

Are tents allowed on caravan sites?

Yes, but space restrictions apply. Please confirm any details you're unsure of with reception when booking.

Are pets allowed in common areas such as the pool and playground?

No, pets are not allowed in communal facilities.

The best spots for whale watching are Encounter Bay, The Bluff, and Freeman Lookout. The season runs from May to October.

Victor Harbor is approximately a one-hour drive from Adelaide. Depending on where you are coming from you can find directions to us via Google Maps.

Is public transport available to Victor Harbor from Adelaide?

Yes, buses run from Adelaide to Victor Harbor.

Is there parking available at the park?

Yes, we provide free parking for all guests. Parking is limited to one car per cabin or one car per site unless otherwise arranged with Management.

Can I bring my boat?

Yes, but please check with reception for boat storage options and availability.

What facilities does the park offer?

Our park features a swimming pool, jumping pillow, BBQ areas, a playground, camp kitchen, and a splash park with waterslides and more. See our facilities page for a full list of facilities.

Do you have a water park?

Yes, we have a waterslide and splash park, making it a perfect spot for kids to cool off and have fun.

Is Wi-Fi available in the park?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in common areas.

Are visitors allowed in the park?

Yes, but all visitors must check in at reception before entering.

What are the park quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
