• Prices are based on two persons occupying a site or accommodation.  Extra person rates apply for each additional person.
• Child aged 4 – 15 years.
• Peak period – Public & school holidays and Friday and Saturday nights
• Accommodation check-in commences from 1pm, powered and unpowered sites from 11am and check-out is at 10am or by prior arrangement
• 1 night's fee required to secure booking, 50% of total tariff during school holidays and long weekends. 
• Deposits must be received within 10 days of bookings or cancellation will be presumed.
• On arrival, payment in full is requested.
• Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to departure date refunds shall not be given.
• For group bookings & Schoolies Festival enquires please contat the office directly by telephone or in person.
• Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, long weekends and selected special events.
• Excessive noise atfer 10pm will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy
Low Season - For any cancellation outside of 7 days prior to arrival date a $10 cancellation fee per reservation
will apply and the balance of the deposit refunded. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date there will be no
refund.
Peak Season (School Holidays & Long Weekends) - For any cancellation outside of 28 days prior to arrival
date a $10 cancellation fee will apply and the balance of deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 28 days of
arrival date, there will be no refund.
Reservations cancelled, amended or altered at the commencement or during occupation do not qualify for any
refunds.
